  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@blessedlamb.com with your order number and photos if the item is damaged or wrong.
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

 


EU Customers:


EU customers are entitled to a 14-day return period starting from the date of delivery.

 

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
